In Canada, a hotel being built in downtown Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island is getting a five-well geothermal system installed that will provide heat, air conditioning in the summer and hot water for its 82-rooms. The wells will go down about 260 feet, with 180 gallons of water a minute from the salt water wells pumping through the system.
