170 GT projects detailed in GTP database

In Washington, the Department of Energy’s Geothermal Technologies Program (GTP) has established the GTP Projects Database, which was created to increase the transparency of GTP’s funding activities, specifically those related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The database allows users to access details for more than 170 Geothermal Technologies Program-funded projects. Users can search for projects by state, awardee, keyword, project title, technology, partner, Funding Opportunity Announcement (FAOI), or funding source. Background information, objectives and milestones, and a listing of participants can be found in each project profile. The general information for the profiles is taken directly from the summary sheet from the proposals submitted in response to an FOA as provided by the awardee and its partners. A link to the database will also be permenently added to this website’s downloads page.
