Writing for Green Chip Stocks, Jeff Siegel quotes Kevin Parker, the global head of Deutsche Bank as saying “They’re [the United States] asleep at the wheel on climate change, asleep at the wheel on job growth, asleep at the wheel on this industrial revolution taking place in the energy industry. The U.S. hasn’t even entered the race yet for a clean energy economy.” Of the $7 billion Deutsche Bank manages for green investments, about $45 million originated in the United States.
